Shipping Information

JerkyWholesale.com ships orders Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If your order is placed after 8 a.m. c.s.t. on (including expedited shipments):

*allow at least 1 - 2 business days for processing

Monday - scheduled to ship on or before Wednesday
Tuesday - scheduled to ship on or before Thursday
Wednesday - scheduled to ship on or before Friday
Thursday - scheduled to ship on or before Monday
Friday - scheduled to ship on or before Tuesday
Saturday - scheduled to ship on or before Wednesday
Sunday - scheduled to ship on or before Wednesday

WAREHOUSE CLOSURE DATES - store closure dates may not be the same

Memorial Day May (last Monday of the month)
Independence Day July 4th
Labor Day September (1st Monday of the month)

How much is shipping?

For orders from $500 (order minimum) to $1000, shipping rates may vary based on the order and where it is shipping to. All orders over $1000 receive FREE ground shipping. Please note that your order may consist of more than one shipment, shipping from multiple warehouses and may or may not arrive on different days.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we offer a low order minimum of $500.

Which carrier do we use for shipping?
While we reserve the right to ship via any carrier for economy shipping, our primary carrier is UPS if a specific carrier is not selected during checkout. Please keep this in mind when providing us with a shipping address during checkout.

Does JerkyWholesale.com offer expedited shipping for faster delivery?
We would be happy to get you the jerky you want as fast as humanly possible. We have several options for speeding up your order delivery including USPS Priority and UPS 2nd Day Air. Expedited shipping does not come with guaranteed delivery dates as we're at the mercy of the shipping carrier. 

What are my options when my tracking number says delivered, yet I never received?
JerkyWholesale.com only ships to the address you provide during checkout or over the phone, if for any reason an error was made by the customer at this time, the customer would be responsible for shipping charges associated with re-shipping that package (this applies to packages that originally qualified for free shipping as well). If your order was shipped to the correct address and your tracking number indicates that it was delivered, then JerkyWholesale.com can only assume that it was. Please contact us if your package appears to be misdelivered or is missing. 

Where do you ship?
JerkyWholesale.com ships to all addresses within the continental U.S.

Do you have a substitution policy?
Yes, we reserve the right to revise the contents of our 'starter package skus' at any time for any reason. These skus may or may not contain products that are either discontinued, re-named or highly seasonal. In the event of this occurrence, Jerky.com reserves the right to make a substitution of equal or greater value at our discretion or backorder any out of stock item until available.
