When will I receive an order confirmation?
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "order confirmation" e-mail. This e-mail is your receipt that includes your order number- so don't delete it! This e-mail also serves as your zero balance invoice for record keeping purposes.
How do I cancel an order I just placed?
If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item in an order or change the shipping address, please call us at 1-877-97-JERKY (53759). Generally, we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. Therefore, the sooner you call us, the better our chances of canceling the order in time. Meaning, you are not authorized to sell our product below that suggested retail price. This is strictly enforced and violation of this policy can result in termination of your reseller account.
