We will gladly refund the *purchase price of any product(s) minus actual shipping costs (and possibly up to a 15% re-stocking fee) on any unopened, re-sellable merchandise that is returned within 30 days of ordering. No questions asked!
If a percentage discount was applied to your order then that will be reflected in the purchase price of your product(s).

What if my item was shipped and the packaging appears to be damaged or defective?
We advise every customer to inspect their orders immediately upon arrival before the driver leaves, if possible. You have 7 days from the date of shipment delivery (according to the carrier) to inspect all products and report them to our help team. If the package appears to be damaged or defective you should contact that delivery service and contact us A.S.A.P. Do not dispose of any packaging materials or product until the order is deemed satisfactory or the problem has been resolved.
I received expired or nearly expired products (product within 120 days), what are my options?
You have 7 days from the date of shipment delivery (according to the carrier) to inspect all products and report them to our help team. This helps us better track the origin of the problem and remedy the situation faster. All products received should be within 120 to 365 days of expiration. After the 7th day of receipt, any and all returned products must be within 120 days of the expiration date.
